The Free Shipping on orders of $129 or more offer is valid for Economy Shipping only in the 48 contiguous states on orders up to 15 pounds of weight. Please note that due to carrier restrictions, some products shipping to the 48 contiguous states must be sent via Ground Shipping and are not available for Economy Shipping. Reduced shipping offers do not apply to oversized products requiring Motor Freight delivery. Order total excludes taxes, shipping & handling charges, and processing fees. Promotional discounts that apply to the order total will be reflected at checkout. Wormers are not eligible for promotional discounts. Some products will be excluded from discounts due to manufacturer guidelines. All offers are while supplies last and may not be applied to any other promotional offers or discounts, applied to previous orders or to Business to Business orders. Due to market changes or circumstances beyond our control, all prices are subject to change without notice. Oversized items may be subject to additional shipping fees. We are not responsible for any typographical errors.

 Important Update: Shipping Times and Returns Policy 

  • Our increased protective measures, implemented for everyone’s safety, are creating slightly longer shipping times.
  • However, USPS and parcel carriers are predicting record-breaking volume this holiday season, which could cause further delivery delays.
  • Our return policy has been modified to accommodate holiday and pandemic impact. We have adjusted our current 30-day return policy and increased it to 60-days to be returned to the original method of payment. Contact our Customer Service Team for shipping and return inquiries.

Can I track my order online?  
You may track your order by accessing your online account and viewing the order status and tracking information in the order history details. Once the order ships, a Shipping Confirmation e-mail is sent to you with the order details and tracking number. Economy shipping orders cannot be tracked.

Must I pay sales tax?

Orders shipping to AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, NE, ND, NJ, NM, NV NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV, WY, will be charged sales tax and tax on shipping and handling.

We are not required to, and do not, collect sales or use tax in all states. However, under certain state laws purchases are not tax-exempt merely because they were made over the internet or because an internet reseller is not required to collect sales tax. We recommend you check your state’s tax regulations for online purchases, as we are not responsible for individual state sales tax collection except as noted above.

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Delivery times are dependent upon product, inventory status and delivery method. Typically, orders will arrive to your home within 7-10 business days. Items shipping via common carrier can take up to three weeks to arrive. Exceptions are communicated on the product information page and in your shopping cart. In rare instances, when an in-stock item becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, you will be notified via e-mail.

What delivery area is covered by Premium Saddles?

We gladly ship within the 50 United States, APO/FPO addresses (USPS Priority Mail only), Guam, PO Boxes, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands. Delivery option restrictions by location apply

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may change or cancel your order if it hasn’t been processed. Simply call Customer Service at 1.888.653.0026. Please note: most orders are processed to our warehouse within 30 minutes of being placed. Once the order has been processed to the warehouse we cannot make any modifications to the order or cancel an order

What is a backorder?

A product is labeled as backordered when it is out of stock. You may still order the item, and it will be shipped to you as soon as it becomes available. The estimated arrival date to the distribution center is communicated on the product’s information page and in the shopping cart. You will receive periodic emails regarding the backorder status.

When you order on Premium Saddles, an Order Confirmation email is sent to you within 24 hours.

Delivery times may vary as orders maybe ship from more than one location and certain items could take up to 3 weeks for delivery. Item delivery times quoted are to metropolitan areas and shipments to remote locations may also take longer. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

Can I ship my order internationally?

Premium Saddles is happy to accept orders from friends around the globe. We have partnered with Bongo International to service our international customers.


International customers can either select “International Checkout” on the cart page or select the “Click here to ship internationally.” link at checkout to be automatically transferred to Bongo’s secure International Checkout page. You will then be provided with international shipping costs, as well as any duties and taxes required for your shipment.


Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email from Bongo requesting that you validate your order. Once the order has been validated, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase amount. You will then receive a second email from Bongo International confirming your order. We will ship the goods to Bongo’s Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address.

Must I sign for my delivery?

Signature is required for Motor Freight; however, signature is not required for other shipping methods. Thorough inspection must be made upon delivery and all damage noted on the delivery receipt. If an item is damaged, delivery should be refused and must be notified immediately. You must save all shipping and merchandise packaging.
